The ACL Injury Prevention I Program includes strength and plyometric exercises as well as exercises and guidance regarding proper alignment and technique. It covers 8 weeks. It gradually progresses to more challenging exercises and greater volume, all with the goal of preparing you and your knee to withstand the stresses that will occur when you play your sport or participate in your favorite activities.
