PreventIQ

Transform Your Athletic Performance

Are injuries holding you back from reaching your full potential? PreventIQ brings expertise from a Board Certified Sports Physical Therapist into a comprehensive, self-directed injury prevention system to help you perform at your peak while staying injury-free.

Your Performance Hits a Wall Because of Injury Risk

Every time you start building momentum in your training, another injury sidelines you. You’ve been to physical therapy, taken time off, and followed the rehab protocols, but somehow you end up hurt again. You’re tired of this frustrating cycle and ready to take control with a proven system that targets the root causes of recurring injuries before they happen.

Build the Foundation Your Performance Needs

You show up, put in the work, and follow your training plan, but nagging injuries and movement limitations keep holding you back. Your performance plateaus because you’re constantly managing pain or working around restrictions. You know that bulletproofing your body’s weak points is the missing piece to unlocking your true athletic potential.

Skip the Trial and Error—Get Proven Prevention

Everyone tells you to “strengthen your core” and “stretch more,” but you’re tired of cookie-cutter advice that doesn’t address your specific sport and injury risks. You need a targeted, evidence-based system designed by a Board Certified Sports Specialist who understands exactly which areas athletes get hurt most—and how to prevent it from happening to you.

IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY!

What if I said . . .

I’ve Been There, I’ve Seen This!

I’ve worked with hundreds of athletes just like you, and I know exactly how frustrating these cycles feel. I’ve seen the disappointment when runners miss races due to recurring injuries, watched talented teen athletes lose confidence on the sidelines, and heard countless stories from dedicated athletes who train harder than ever but see their performance stagnate. You’re not alone in this struggle, and it’s not your fault.

Here’s what I’ve learned after 25+ years in sports medicine: these problems aren’t random—they’re predictable patterns that can be prevented. Through my research and clinical experience, I’ve identified the four injury areas that account for nearly 70% of all sports injuries: ACL tears, hamstring strains, foot and ankle injuries, and running-related overuse. The strategies I’ve developed aren’t secrets—they’re proven, evidence-based protocols I’ve systematically organized into PreventIQ so you can access the same injury prevention system I use with elite athletes and finally break free from the cycle that’s been holding you back.

I didn’t think it was possible, but following the systematic injury prevention protocols allowed me to complete my first marathon in 4:01—the exact time I had hoped for before I was injured!

After months of training for my first marathon, I pulled a muscle and my doctor said I wouldn’t be running. Through a structured 4-week protocol of targeted stretches and strengthening exercises, I was back to running. I didn’t think it was possible, but the systematic approach allowed me to complete my first marathon in 4:01—the exact time I had hoped for before I was injured! I’ve continued following the injury prevention exercises and achieved multiple PRs since then, including a 21:31 5K and 1:40 half marathon. My second marathon is next week, and I’m hoping to qualify for Boston!

Four key areas that unlock your athletic potential

What These Programs Target

PreventIQ addresses the root causes that keep you injured and stuck. addresses the root causes that keep you injured and stuck.

ACL IQ

We target the neuromuscular control patterns that protect your knee during cutting, jumping, and pivoting movements. This comprehensive program addresses hip strength, landing mechanics, and reactive stability training that research shows reduces ACL injury risk by up to 70% in athletes who consistently follow the protocols.

Hamstring IQ

We focus on the strength imbalances and flexibility restrictions that make hamstring strains inevitable during high-speed running and explosive movements. This systematic approach rebuilds the posterior chain through eccentric strengthening, sprint mechanics, and load progression strategies proven to dramatically reduce reinjury rates.

Foot & Ankle IQ

We strengthen the foundation that supports every athletic movement through targeted exercises that improve ankle stability, foot intrinsic strength, and proprioceptive control. This evidence-based program addresses the weakness patterns that lead to ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, and chronic instability in athletes across all sports.

running

Running IQ

This progressive program teaches you to identify and correct the biomechanical factors and training errors that cause 80% of running injuries through systematic load management and movement optimization. You’ll build the strength, mobility, and tissue tolerance necessary for injury-free running while addressing the most common overuse patterns that sideline runners.

I first started following ACL injury prevention protocols in seventh grade to help prevent the tearing of my ACL, and it’s been invaluable ever since.

Over the years, I’ve consistently used these evidence-based programs whenever I needed injury prevention support. The systematic approach really works and focuses on getting athletes back to 100% performance as efficiently as possible. Following these structured protocols has been incredibly effective because they’re built on proven methods and give you everything you need to prevent injuries and grow stronger from the experience.

6

You will be able to . . .

Maintain these injury prevention habits for your entire athletic career—Master the fundamental movement patterns and strengthening protocols that keep elite athletes healthy year after year.

When I completed the ACL prevention protocol, I was ready to return to athletics with the confidence to succeed.

After my third ACL injury, I had lost much of my confidence and was very cautious with any movement. As an athlete, I needed to get this back as soon as possible. Following a systematic approach that focused not only on strengthening my knee, but also on restoring movement confidence was crucial. The progressive protocol introduced sport-specific activities, including power lifts and plyometrics, allowing me to rebuild strength in a controlled progression. When I completed the ACL prevention protocol, I was ready to return to athletics with the confidence to succeed.
