This is an eight week program and below you will find links to the workouts for all eight weeks. However, not all links are available at once. Instead, you will be granted access to each in one week intervals.Â

David Potach
Instructor
David is uniquely qualified as a provider of sport-specific physical therapy. Based in Omaha, he was a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Creighton University for several years, which afforded him the opportunity to work with not only high level intercollegiate athletes for all sports, but also professional and Olympic athletes.
David now works exclusively with athletes of all sports as a Board-Certified Sports Physical Therapist. His passions are reducing injury risk and sport-specific rehabilitation.
