With over 25 years of experience in sports physical therapy and rehabilitation, David Potach brings elite-level expertise to athletes at all levels. As a Board Certified Sports Specialist (SCS), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), David bridges the gap between rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
David has served as:
- Director of Rehab and Sports Medicine at Beth Israel Lahey Health
- Professor of Biomechanics at multiple universities
- Published author of numerous books and articles on sports injury prevention
- Presenter at international conferences on athletic performance

When I completed therapy, I was ready to return to athletics with the confidence to succeed.
After my third ACL injury, I had lost much of my confidence and was very cautious with any movement. As an athlete, I needed to get this back as soon as possible. David worked with me not only on strengthening my knee, but also on restoring my confidence. By introducing sport-specific activities, including power lifts and plyometrics, I was able to ease back in a controlled environment. When I completed therapy, I was ready to return to athletics with the confidence to succeed.

When will I start my program?
Your personalized program begins within one week of your acceptance. After your application is approved, we’ll schedule your initial assessment and strategy session, then launch your customized 8-week journey based on your availability and goals.
How do we meet and how often?
We meet weekly via video call for 45-60 minutes throughout your 8-week program. Between sessions, you’ll have direct access to me for questions and support as you implement your personalized training plan.
What if I'm currently injured?
The program is designed to work with athletes at all stages, including those recovering from injury. During our initial consultation, we’ll assess your current situation and create a plan that respects your healing process while building toward your performance goals.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
Many athletes choose to continue with our ongoing Concierge program for continued optimization and support. You’ll also have the tools and knowledge to maintain your progress independently, plus access to me for periodic check-ins.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We offer flexible payment options including monthly installments to make your investment more manageable. Payment details will be discussed during your consultation call.
